Why don't I have a connection in Google Play?

google play no connection

i've got a samsung galaxy ace s5830i, and i uninstalled google play services....i connected my phone to my pc and tried to download it from the internet....when i open the downloading screen, it says that it's already downloaded, but it's not on my phone... when i open the google play store on this device it says no connection even if it's wi-fi connected...why?

Welcome to Android Central! How and why did you delete Google Play Services in the first place? Are you rooted?
