Why don't I have a delivery report box on my Galaxy S4?

No delivery report box on galaxy s4

There isn't an option for delivery report on my galaxy s4. It's a straight talk phone can anyone help me figure this out? I have checked in message setting there isn't a box

Go to: SMS-SETTINGS: (you can find it when you are in Messages, in up right corner is Search and next right is 3 dot's-) - More settings - Text Messages - Delivery report. That's all.

i found it my chance lol...
press messaging once in on the left touch the setting icon
go to settings then it will give you options the 4th one down it says text messages touch it

4 options and the top is what you need delivery reports take note that not all cellphone have the same frequency and may not work but they will get the msg...if i text from a rogers cell to a mobilicity for example it does nothing but if i do any other major carrier like bell it will let me know.
