Why don't I have additional settings on my Galaxy S4 under Call settings?

Additional settings not available in Galaxy S4 under Call settings

So I can use call forwarding, instructions ask to make choice within "Additional settings", which is inside "Call settings", either approached through stock "Phone" settings or from general settings and My device and Call. My Galaxy S4 Black Sprint does not show this. How can I tweak any of settings to have this displayed?

Welcome to Android Central! Where did you read those instructions--were they official Sprint instructions? It looks like Call Forwarding is achieved by dialing a code: Samsung Galaxy S 4 mini User Guide
