Why don't I have data after a factory reset on Straight Talk on my Droid Ultra?

No Data after factory reset straight talk Droid Ultra

I had a problem with my phones microphone so I did a factory reset, that fixed the speaker but now I have NO data at all.

I have made sure the data is turned on but once I find the APN settings it won't let e do anything but change the name. Even straight talk customer service can't seem to find the problem? Any thoughts?
