Why don't I have sound on my phone at all, no ringer sounding (I can talk to people.)?

No sound on Phone at all. No ringer sounding. I can talk to people.

No sound for calls coming in.
Can not hear the sounds when changing any ring tones.
Phone still vibrates.

As I have seen this before, when it happened to me I had blown the internal speaker out on my Galaxy S Blaze. Try calling your phone from another phone, but this time wear a pair of headphones or plug an external speaker in. If it works then, in my opinion it would most likely be a blown speaker. You can either use headphones or external speakers to hear or have it replaced.
