Why don't I have the "Add Call" or "Mute" buttons during calls - S6 Edge

I'm missing the "Add Call" conference call and "Mute" icons which should be options during a call on my Galaxy S6 Edge. Any idea how to get them so I can make conference calls and mute while in calls?

Your easy mode is turned on .. Go to settings >easy mode>change to standard> done. Power-cycle and re-test.
