I got scammed by a mobile repair shop 6 months back. I went there just because they charge $28.73 for replacing my Samsung A30s screen as it display got black after a fall. Samsung service centers charge hefty amount of $68-$80 for screen replacement of my phone.
I feel very cheated and angry. I am using this phone for last 5 ½ years. After 42 days of getting my screen replaced, my screen started to experience new issues. It started with thick white vertical line at the corner of my screen. One month later, some blue patches appeared at bottom. Blue patches have progressively increased since the day it appeared. Now 80% of my screen is covered with blue patch. Today I have noticed a hazy and grey patch at the bottom of my screen.
That repair shop didn't even glue the back of my phone properly (at the same time of screen replacement) as it started to came off 2 months later.
Screen issues appeared on it's own without my fault. I never dropped it on floor after screen replacement. Do they repair phones in such a way that customers will come again?
