Why don't my Samsung Galaxy S6 touch keys and home button light up?

[AC Question]

My Samsung Galaxy S6 touch keys and home button dosn't light up

So i got my phone about a week ago and when i do a reset back to factory new, they work until i have done the set up of phone, it no longer works. When i check under settings and display there is no options for my lights. I have no idea how to turn it on, anyone who kan help?

I do not have that on, i have tried checking them on and off to see if that would fix.

They may be faulty. Try contacting Samsung and see if they'll give you a warranty replacement.
