why has Huawei U8180 stopped receiving apk via Bluetooth

Problem with Bluetooth -sending an apk file from my pc -to Huawei U8180 stopped working.

I do not know if I accidentally changed some setting. Now I can only send and receive jpg pictures between pc and android phone. It was still working up to 2 weeks ago. I checked the remaining memory space available its still got 150 meg available. Before I was able to send apk files from pc to Huawei U8180 ,now I get message - File Not received- On the phone. What could be causing this ?? when it was working before ? .

I never use Bluetooth file sharing, so I may not be able to help that much. Try going to Settings>Apps​, tap Menu>Show System, then select Bluetooth or Bluetooth Sharing. Tap Storage, then Clear Cache/Clear Data. Now see if the problem persists.
