Why has my Android Tablet frozen?

My android tablet just froze up

When I turn on my tablet and the Go screen comes on it just sits there and spins. I use Nobis. I tried the reset button but it did not do any good. What do I do now?

Restart into recovery and clear the cache. If that doesn't help you may have to reflash the ROM (or have someone do it for you) or you may have a hardware failure.
