Why has my HTC ONE MAX stopped the Auto Backup?

HTC ONE MAX - Auto Backup issue

For some reason my phone will no longer auto backup my phones content. First it said "no internet connection" yet I had an excellent internet strength connection. Second it said "paused:unknown reason." Can anyone help me with this issue? Thank You Android Central in advance!

Welcome to Android Central! What do you mean by auto-backup? Are you talking about the sync function for all of your Google apps? Or the specific Google+ Photo Auto-Backup function?

Is this occurring on both wi-fi and mobile data?
