Why has my HTC One turned everything on my screen Negative (like the negative filter on your camera)?

My HTC One has turned everything on my screen Negative (like the negative filter on your camera)

I did my new lollipop update yesterday (which is rubbish!) and everything was fine, until this morning I picked it up and pressed something by accident, I haven't a clue what it was but for some reason it's turned my whole screen negative/sepia. And I can't turn it off, any ideas? ):

Try Settings, Accessibility, Invert Colours.
