why my mega 6.3 take so long to be fully charged?

i have a mega 6.3 and it needs to be charge more than 8 hours just to have the a full battery. i'm thingking if my phone has a virus. i already tried to use different kinds of charger but still the same.when i tried to watch a video a message came up saying that my battery has been virus attacked.

Welcome to Android Central! Watch a video where, on a website? Messages like that are always scare tactics to lure you into installing a bogus "antivirus" app that is probably itself malicious. Avoid those websites.

Viruses generally won't slow down your charging. When the phone is charging, go to Settings>Battery. Does it say "Charging (AC)" or "Charging (USB)"?
