Why has my photo editor stopped working on my Samsung S5?

Why my photo editor stopped working on Samsung S5

When i go to edit pictures it tell me "photo editor is not installed in the device - Download photo editor?" When i click "Download" it then tell me "Error Product does not exist in this store (4002). I never had a problem before and now all of a sudden its gone. any help appreciated. thanks

Hi, I've just got this photo editor problem solved by the Samsung Tech support. Try this -
go to Settings - Application Manager - swipe to see All applications - scroll down to select Gallery - Clear Cache - click back to Application Manager - tap the 3 dots on the top right - click Reset app preferences. Close and go to Gallery page and you should be able to use the photo editor again. Hope this helps
