Why has my S5 frozen up?

My s5 just froze up, nothing seems to work, can't turn it off, can't do nothing.

any help would be appreciated.

Try pulling the battery then put it back in and turn it back on.

If pulling the battery doesn't fix it, I'd get on line with Samsung or your carrier.
