How often "over and over" - every few seconds, every hour or so, give us an idea.

Constant restarting to the logo then a restart is a bootloop - the ROM probably has to be reflashed. Every hour or few hours could be a bad battery. Something in between could be a ROM problem also. But we need to know how often is over and over.

Mine did the same thing last night. Kept showing the Verizon Logo and Samsung and powered by Android. It did it about 10 times and I finally pulled the battery. It may have been a text that set it off in addition to the fact that I need a new battery (was at 17% at the time).

I'd try taking the battery out and on a smooth, flat surface, try to spin it. If it does, its bulged, and should be replaced.

Mine has been doing this, since i tried to root my phone. HIGHLY annoying
