Why has my usb debugging become gray?

"usb debugging" becomes gray

hi!
The "usb debugging" becomes gray although the box is checked, when my phone (lg g4) is plugged in to the computer,
any advise???

You cannot turn it on or off while the USB is plugged in. You need to unplug it from the PC to turn debugging on or off.

hi!
so there is no way to make it stay "active" and "on" while usb is plugged in?

*I need it because I want to use "wondershare mobiletrans" and in order to use this software it sais that the "usb debugging" option should be on.. but when the phone is plugged in its becomes gray.. so the PC doesn't recognizance it as "on"..

If it's checked before you plug it in, then it's on, even though it's greyed out.
