Does the big x in the middle do it?

Are you using a custom launcher, or just the one the phone shipped with?

These are definitely soft keys. They can be really useful in a situation where part of your digitizer is unresponsive to touch. I used an app called Handy Soft Keys on another Android when the the bottom corner of an Android was damaged. I'm not familiar with the particular one pictured in your screenshot, but check all of your apps and widgets for anything called "Soft keys".

I think that's the Floating dock. If you want to disable try in settings - smart assistance - floating dock.
