Why hasn't my Note 3 received the 4.4.2 update yet?

Still not received 4.4.2 update on Note 3

My galaxy Note 3 is still on 4.3 and I haven't received any kitkat update either via OTA or KiES. my mobile is not rooted and version is SM- N9005.

Please advise.
