Why haven't I got the Lollipop update yet?

why no lollypop ?

Sorry android for me it sucs , because the latest version of android lollypop won't come to ALL android tablets and phones , that is a big problem .
We no there are many phones and tablets , but thats no excuse !

Welcome to Android Central. Your point is a good one, but you are missing an important fact: It's up to the OEMs to update which devices, not Google. Google provides the base OS. OEMs like Samsung have to decide if they want to put the time/money into updating the Galaxy Centura.

To be honest they won't update every phone since it would cost them money (like Golf said) but also because a lot of older phones couldn't handle the software since they run old hardware.

This is no different than Apple giving some older phones software updates but then stopping after a certain point. They don't want to destroy the user experience just to say they gave them an update. It wouldn't be the right thing to do.

That is the BIG problem the OEM's like you said , they are just good to sell new phones and tablets , but nice good service ??? ware is it ? i have 4 androids tabs and phones about 1,5 to 2 years old and the won't update a big shame for those firms.It should be always the latest software like "LOLLYPOP" .
