Why i cant find supplementary services on my Samsung galaxy note 10?

I cant make call forwarding on my Samsung galaxy note 10 since am missing supplimentary services

It would be in phone app settings , if you don't see it then your carrier doesn't support it. Can call your carrier to have them do it on their end.
