why i can't install google play services on my phone

I've tried downloaded for several times but still it doesn't work. When I install then I wait for some second but I said app not installed. What shall I do???

I have same problem, device is Lenovo A806, with android 4.4.2. It used to work before but when Vibe Ui made upgrade all stopped... please help

Welcome to Android Central! What region of the world are you in? Was the phone intended for the Chinese market, or somewhere else where Google services aren't supported?
