Why i can't make a call with samsaung j2prime

Only resive call and sms can't make a call.but i can sand sms with this

Hey @sakhar welcome to Android Central. I'm not sure why you can't make calls. Have you checked with your carrier to see if the issue is on their end? Also maybe it's an APN setting issues? USUALLY that is more related to data, MMS & browsing, etc BUT make sure your settings for your carrier are correct. You'll need to get the correct settings from an internet search. For example if you are on T-Mobile in the US you would search "T-Mobile APN settings".
