I can't update my phone because there are no available package files on FOR A server

What phone? What carrier? What version of Android and security patch level is it on?

Details are important. For example - you could be on a device that has no more updates available, so the message would be accurate.

As Hallux already stated, details are important. Just throwing this out there, it could have to do with your carrier. If you are on a Carrier like ST or cricket, they don't allow OTA updates.
