Why i can't update my samsung s8+ (SM-G955U) it says processing failed.

I've a SM-G955U when i go to update the system software it alwyas says processing failed. It has TRA ID:0016333/08
TRA:000000000/00

Is the phone rooted? (You can't update a rooted phone.)

If not, bring it to your carrier and ask if they can flash the update. (Back everything up first, though, just in case.)
