Why i cant update my software on note 4

I've tried manualy and it's say someting that my software was iligaly instaled. Please help

Have you ever rooted the phone? If you did, it won't (and shouldn't) update. If not, you may have to back everything up (see Backing up an Android Device), reflash the ROM (see [Samsung] How to flash Stock ROM via ODIN), restore everything from the backup, then let it update until it gets back up to the current level.
