Why I couldn't connect to a public wifi?

I was connected to a bus free wifi.
I activate the wifi, select that one and connect to it just in a New web page appeared accepting the privacy condition.
I was connected and navigating without problem.

Suddenly I was no more connected.
I check others people phones' but for them was alright.

I tried again to accept privacy condiziona, but I was in loop, the privacy condition page was chargen after I accepted.
I was connected but I couldn't navigate.

Please is out there anyone that can give some help?

Welcome.

WiFi dropping in buses is a common experience. Attempting to reconnect via the captive portal login then fails. Why it happens I don't know but I've always assumed that it's because the bus is moving.

Or because some bus companies (including metro governments) use clerks to set the buses up - so they're not set up properly.

Maybe I wasn't clear.
I tried to connect again, doing the same steps:
Activate wife, select that one of my interest, the page with privacy conditions to be accepted appeared,
I conforme, the page was recharged and appears the same page to accept the privacy conditions (it seems I am blocked in a loop) and I couldn't go online

I tried to turn off and on the Phone but it doesn't chance the result.

Però next to me didn't have any problem.
