When i am trying to establish a new pilot, i can not choose a producent of my device, so i can not configure a pilot. I have written an email to LG customer service, but they advised me to unistall an install again Quickremote application (I tried to do it an it does not work) or to do a factory reset (It is a new phone, i do not want to do it now). Anyine can help me?
