why is a reboot required for restored apps to show?

This was never a thing on my s2. My s5 neo required it for it to actually show up?

Is this something else to do with the wonderful world of Knox?

What do you mean by restored apps? Do you mean re-enabled apps (if you Disabled them before)?

Restored with, well in my case no bloat, but most would use titanium backup probably.

But no not just regular disable.

On my other phone when restoring with appmaster, it just worked right off the bat. This one needs a reboot before it will reshow in the "all apps" area... It's just strange
