Why is battery draining so fast on S7?

[AC Question]

I charge to 100% at night
Close all apps
Turn to Power Saver Mode
In morning battery is at 75%
Lose 25% power without being used

has this been the case since you got the phone? or is it a recent change?
how long was the phone left off the charger when you lost 25% of the battery?

Battery life has been inconsistent since purchase of phone. Originally I wold lose about 5% overnight. After about 3 weeks I would lose 20-25% overnight. I took phone in to store where purchased and they updated O/S. It went back to losing 5% for a week or so and now it is back to losing 25%.

It's strange on how certain Samsung devices Android System and OS eat up more battery than the screen!

Thanks. I have tried most of these tips already and still have same issue.

Do you have the Always On Display turned on?
It's strange on how certain Samsung devices Android System and OS eat up more battery than the screen!

At night I turn off the Always On Display, close all Apps and put the phone in Power Save Mode.

Try using your device in safe mode and gauge the battery performance. If it still gives trouble, try doing a factory data reset.
