Why is everyone making TF docks with W8 tablets but not Android?

After seeing what Sony, and Samsung showed off today at IFA it is becoming more apparent that many manufacturers are copying the dock style that Asus made famous with their Transformer style Android Tablets. The Samsung dock even seems to have almost identical ports and connectors on the bottom. My questions is how come everyone is making this format on Windows 8 RT tablets but no one seems to have jumped up and made a similar Android Tablet? We've seen tablets with keyboard accessories, but nothing with the dockable keyboard with ports, battery, and trackpad until Windows 8.

I love my OG Transformer, but have been one of many having issues post ICS. I would be interested in upgrading my tablet at some point in the near future but would like to see other manufacturers do this format.

Thought?

I would guess that Win8 supports it better. ASUS had to put some major work into it for Honeycomb. Less for ICS, but still some.

Microsoft Word. That's why.

Also, Microsoft is positioning their tablets as more than just consumption devices - people will need to be productive on these machines. Keyboard docks will help.

And yes, Microsoft Word.

Consumers will see windows 8 as "real computing devices". Productivity on rt might not be there since it can't run full x86 apps. But I think alot of consumers will gravitate to windows tablets. Android is big but people have faith and years to the windows branding
