Why is Everything on my phone so small all of a sudden?

I have a Samsung note 8, and when I opened an app, my screen started glitching. Now, everything on my phone is tiny, including apps, notifications, texts, etc... , and the display reminds me of how a galaxy tab works. I dont know how to fix it, I restarted my phone multiple times.

One possible place to look is in the settings: Under Settings -> Display, hit the 'Advanced' drop down menu. Towards the bottom there is a 'Display size.' If you set it to 'Default' (or one of the larger options if you were using larger), it should have your text and icons set to the default size so you can rule that out at least.
