Why is "install unknown apps" configured as "Allowed" by deault?

Samsung Galaxy S21+ USA

As the pictures show select applications are set by default as allowed to install unknown applications.

1) Is this not a security issue?
2) There are posts on other forums asking the same thing with S22/23/24 model phones.

There are plenty more apps with this setting, just want to make sure there is nothing to worry about.

They are all default apps on Samsung and greyed out , so nothing to worry about , you can select auto blocker by typing in settings search bar and it will override it
