Why is it that I can move MP3 from my phone to my smartwatch, but not photos?

I have a Samsung Note4 and just got the Samsung Gear 2 Neo and I had no problem moving my audio collection from my phone to my watch wireless, but I can't do the same for photos?

Could it be to do with the file type of the image?
