Why is it that I can't register to unli call and text?

It all started when I forgot to register my load in unlicall and text, I didn't notice that I used my regular load and it's too late when I found out. Since April I really can't register to your promos especially unlicall and text. Whenever I tried to register always service unavailable, how come ?! But I can dial your number inquiries. I was so upset. I always used my regular load everyday. Please let me in I can't afford of using regular load everyday.
