Why is it that the Stock firmware flashed not going to user interface

I was using Odin to flash Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 9.7 Sm-T813.I Flashed using Nougat.Odin said it passed then went to the Samsung logo flashing.It was updating the software version than went to the battery logo where it kept charging.No Battery progress showed up.After i used the Recovery tar.m5,Stockware,Kernal file,Boot.img file.I also used 3 files that came in ap,csc bl,CP.I tried every method that their is except twrp.Why is my tablet not reinstalled sucessful where i can set up to access the user interface.I can take pictures for you guys if you guys need more details on the problem.

Were there any errors in Odin (like 0 passed/1 failed)? If so, something went wrong, flash it again.

Are you sure that you flashed the ROM for the exact variant of your tablet? (Some variants are different enough that a "similar" variant's ROM won't work. The 819 ROM should work in the 813, but I wouldn't try it.)

I tried the 813 and it just booted to the Samsung Logo.No progress to the interface.When the adapter is in it powers on,Thunderbolt symbol to charge with no charge happening.Thank God i can post here cause other sites get butt hurt unless it is a android site.No big deal.That is why i'm here to learn.Yeah won't do that with the 819 Rukbat.We could see if it works.Sometimes it could.In Most it doesn't work.Best thing to do is just keep looking for something that will work with the tablet.

No progress in the past when i last tested the tablet.I was told by someone on Yahoo in the answer section that it was bricked.I guessing it is hard bricked badly.I need to save me some money til i get a tech guy to fix it.He can tell me what caused the tablet to be bricked badly.
