Why is it when I send my videos to another recipient from my Note 5 they receive them blurry and distorted?

Why when I send my videos to another recipient from my note 5 they receive them blurry and distorted

Every video I send is blurry even if it's under my carrier maximum kb

How are you sending them? Via text?

Turn off Wi-Fi calling and go back to original messaging.

I have this same issue! It's so frustrating because the phone takes such awesome videos. Thanks for this tip, I will definitely try this!

Also, if you send through a text and not through, say Facebook Messenger, text usually requires the file size to be reduced.

Stop using MMS for video messages.

How else would one send a video then not using a social media app?

Text or email a link to a Google Photos or YouTube upload.

MMS wasn't designed to handle the quality of video we expect in 2017. Or 2014.

It's a limitation.

And no iMessage iPhone to iPhone isn't MMS.
