Why is my Alcatel feirce saying Unfortunately contacts has stopped when a certain person calls only

When one person calls my phone says unfortunately contacts has stopped and I have to tap ok before I can answer it

Welcome to Android Central.

Try Settings, Apps, All, scroll to Contacts, and select Clear Cache.
(Be careful not to select Clear Data!)
