Why is my Android TV keep going to this screen

my new TV wont let me set up

Everytime i reboot it it quickly goes back to this weird screen woth chinese words and a barcode

Your welcome , I would double check in settings menu looks like information page or demo mode see anything like that . See if that helps

What's the exact brand and model name/number? Do you have a manual, or can you find one on the web?

the name is RCA Android TV and i do have a manual. But nothing in the manual says anurhing about thos screen

Is there a model name/number? I'd try to search for how to do a factory reset for that specific model.

May I revive this thread? I'm having the same exact issue with the same model tv. Is there anyway to bypass this screen? When pressing buttons on the tv I'm able to get some words to show up but I can't understand the language it's in. Also if I plug a keyboard into the tv I can get the screen to change to something else I can't read when pressing random keys on the keyboard.

Edit: after pressing keys random keys on the keyboard I believe it was the ctrl+alt+del that caused the screen to go all black removing the info. I then pressed the netflix key on the tv remote and was told to finish the initial setup to launch netflix. I held home+down on the remote and nothing happened. Then I pressed the back button on the remote and was brought to the initial setup screen on the tv and was able to regain control of my tv! Everything is working fine now.
