Why is my Android's date and time changing automatically frequently?

why my android's date and time changes automatically frequently

in thesedays my androids time settings changes to another automatically
whenever i set time . it changes again after some hours
im using android 4.4.2

Is your "automatic time" turned on?

Even I am facing this issue. My andriod system date is changing to 31-10-2013 automatically. I tried selecting tick mark Automatic date & time. Also I tried selecting manual date, but after 10 minutes it resets to 31-10-2013.
