Why is my app icon on home screen are cutting off at the right side of the icon and how to fix this issue? (I am using Oppo F5 Android version 7.1.1) This happened after I restart my phone and I've already cache the launch app and system web view. I also test if it's happend again when I download new app from the play store unfortunately it occurs again when i restart my phone. Do anyone has a clue?

No, how do I use different launcher? Do I need to download it somewhere? And could you give me your opinion what launcher is more compatible for my phone?

There are many launchers in the Play Store. Try a Store search for “launcher”.
If a launcher, or indeed any other app, is not compatible with your device, there will be a message telling you that.

After downloading, you will be guided how to set it as your default launcher.

Have you adjusted the screen magnification anywhere, perhaps in the Accessibility menu?

Also, try long-pressing any empty part of the homescreen and look for a Homescreen Settings option. See if there's an option to adjust things like icon size, grid size, etc.

No, my phone does not have that option to change icon size, etc IMG_20220515_185802.jpg

Check under display settings anything touched and to keep a default launcher go settings>apps>3 dots upper right corner tap should see a option for default apps look for home app which change and keeps that launcher, I'm not sure if that's where it's on your device but should be similar Screenshot_20220515-114001_Permission%20controller.jpg
