Why is my app stopping when opening it?

[Android Central Question]

On some android phones, not all of them, when you try to open my app, it is saying "Unfortunately African Mall has stopped". What could be the cause that some phones are opening ok while others are failing? This is happening on different brands and sometimes on the same brand some model are opening but not others. Please help my programmer
