why is my battery draining so slow?

I just pulled my tablet off the charger bout an hour ago and !y tablet is already at 46% I make sure my screen brightness is down and my apps are closed out. I just bought it about a month ago.

check if you have unnecessary radios on. Turn off wifi, bluetooth, mobile data and especially GPS if you are not using it

Your battery is draining slow or fast? Make sure you charge from 0% to 100% at the first time you turn the tablet on or you will damage the battery. Try to uninstall apps that consume a lot of energy or disable the ones you don't use.
