Charged battery [new OEM] gives false readings
I'm running KitKat 4.4.4, and the Nexus 4 has 1-1/2 years of use. Battery replaced November 4th. All functions work perfectly except for this: When fully charged, the percentage is 82-86% rather than 100, and it's hard to estimate time remaining as I work. Thanks...
