Why is my bluetooth causing audio issues?

[Android Central Question]

Hope I can explain this correctly. I have a note 20 ultra and a galaxy watch 5. I noticed the last couple of months I'm having sound issues whether its no sound from the keyboard or other icons on the phone. Also sound is choppy when playing videos from any source. My google camera video is also choppy. When I turn off my bluetooth all sounds go back to normal. Also my cars bluetooth keeps calling my number and doesn't allow me to end the call without disconnecting the phone. I have tried everything. Even got a replacement phone. Can someone help. These issues seem to have started with Android 13 but I could be wron.
