Bluetooth causing slow wifi

I've got a LG g3 running Android 5.0 and wifi speeds are drastically reduced if the bluetooth is turned on. Bluetooth doesn't need to be connected to anything, if it's on my speeds are down to about 0.2Mbps and with Bluetooth off they're around 25 Mbps. I've tried a factory reset but didn't make a difference.
Any help would be Appreciated.

This was my thread that did not illicit a ton of responses. But I experienced the same thing when I got the LG Watch Urbane. I sent it back because I couldn't fix this issue.
