Why is my Bluetooth messing up?

I did a software update on 9/14 and now whenever I connect to my Bluetooth speaker, headphones or stereo the sound cuts in & out and/or the Bluetooth will just disconnect completely. I notice when I move across the room it does this on all 3 devices but when the phone is right next to the device it sounds fine. I used a friend's phone and it worked perfectly from across the apartment and room so that points to it being my phone. I've used my Android A10E with these devices regularly for about 2 years and they always worked perfectly. Can anyone help me? Thank you in advance.

EDIT: I don't have wifi.

Welcome to Android Central! Have you already tried forgetting those devices and then re-pairing them?

What kind of wi-fi are you using? 802.11n? 802.11ac? I ask because the 2.4 GHz band can sometimes interfere with Bluetooth, and in that case changing the wi-fi channel might help.

Try couple things if they dont work out then factory reset.

Clear app preferences-go to settings>apps>3 dots upper right corner

Clear settings- go settings>general management>reset>reset settings
