Why is my bluetooth not working?

[AC Question]

I use a bluetooth keyboard to take notes, and one day it stopped working. The bluetooth hardware seems to work since I paired a different keyboard to it when I discovered the one wasn't working. The second keyboard, once paired, also did not work! My Samsung Tab 8.4 does not register anything from the keyboard.

Have you checked the batteries in the keyboards?
