Why is my camera shooting pictures, but they appear as if i shot blank in my gallery?

I am using a Hisense infinity F24. When I take pictures, they appear to have been taken, but when I open the gallery, the picture appears blank, as if I shot a picture with the camera lense covered

Gallery can take a while to update. Do the pics show up in Photos app?

Try clearing data/cache and force stop the gallery app.
