Why is my data not working?

[AC Question]

I have an LG G3 with AT&T as a provider, and I buy the GoPhone top up. Whenever I turn my data on, the icon pops up in the toolbar and it looks like 4G is working, but my phone still doesn't connect to any type of internet. How do I fix this?

I have no clue how AT&T GoPhone works and the info I was able to find was really unclear. I suggest you contact them about it. Here's their support info....
